    This ad campaign is right on target. Good for them for being so graphic about it. Makes a strong point. A family of 3 was killed over a year ago in Colorado going under an overpass. A loose beam had been reported 4 hours earlier by an unrelated engineer. He made an urgent call warning that the beam was about to come down. His call was ignored.
